It hasn’t been long since Off-White’s Virgil Abloh had been appointed as the new menswear designer for the Paris fashion house Louis Vuitton, and already new news has surfaced.
Off-White’s Virgil Abloh has decided to collaborate with fragrance brand Byredo’s Ben Gorham and revealed a new fragrance collection last week in Paris, displayed in an installation by artist Carsten Höller.
The collaboration was named “Elevator Music” which included a series of luxury goods such as graphic t-shirts, high-end denim, luxury leather handbags and even dropping in a hair mist, hand cream and finally the fragrance.
Possibly the most hyped product from the launch, the fragrance comes in the classic Byredo minimal glass perfume bottle, but with additional silver stripes.
The fragrance is described as one that melts into your skin, subtle and not too flashy. Contents include midnight violet, bamboo, musky ambrette fusion, with burnt wood and jasmine petals, forming the perfect fresh new mixture.
The Off-White x Byredo perfume and the capsule collection will be available for purchase from 23 April at Selfridges.
